Ponce City Market
675 Ponce de Leon Avenue NE
Atlanta, Georgia 30308
Atlanta is turning an abandoned building into a main attraction. Ponce City Market is emerging from the historic Sears, Roebuck & Co. building in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward. The development will be the area's largest adaptive, reuse project and will include a Central Food Hall, flats, offices, shops and other local businesses. Ponce City Market is a must see for tourists and locals alike.

Help Is On The Way
Looking for design or pricing assistance? Nichiha representatives are on-hand to answer your questions, ensure your detailing is technically sound and that your project meets all product and design requirements.
Nichiha Architectural Wall Panels are adding a fresh look to Ponce City Market. Nichiha panels were incorporated into The Suzuki School, a local preparatory preschool that built a 15,000 square-foot addition to the original brick structure. For the building's exterior, Freespace Architecture used Nichiha's Gray ArchitecturalBlock in a stacked bond pattern. The Suzuki School offers a contemporary edge that stands out against the traditional look of brick. Nichiha is proud to be part of an innovative project that is adding life and energy into our local community.
