As you are no doubt aware, COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on lives and businesses around the world. We wanted to share an update with you on what we are doing to keep our employees and customers safe, while still delivering the same exceptional service you’ve come to know and trust. 

• Nichiha is requiring all functional, administrative and executive leadership who can perform all roles at home begin telecommuting effective immediately. With the primary goal of reducing the spread of COVID -19, Nichiha is following best practices of social distancing while preserving our ability to service customers as needed.
• Nichiha’s supply chain for all Architectural Wall Panels remains intact and fully operational. All of Nichiha’s manufacturing facilities in Japan, China and here in the United States are fully operational and continue to manufacture products daily. Additionally, Nichiha carries inventory of all products and is shipping materials on standard lead times.
• Nichiha will be enhancing our digital support for all within the building industry. As we are all required to find more creative methods to ensure projects stay on time, Nichiha will be hosting live and interactive continuing education classes, product knowledge seminars, project design reviews and virtual preconstruction meetings. Additionally, Nichiha has created a frequently asked question page to quickly answer the most pressing questions related to your projects and orders.
