On the heels of a major rebrand, Burger King sought a partner who could not only supply them with products that aligned with their designs, but one who could also keep up with their aggressive roll out program. With a laser focus on franchisee and general contractor support, Burger King challenged Nichiha to provide on-time and complete deliveries to over 1,000 sites per year. Our partnership with Burger King has yielded over 3,000 successful projects to date.
"As a true business partner, Nichiha's team of professionals are dedicated to providing custom solutions and support for not only the Burger King brand but most importantly our franchisee partners throughout every step of the building process." - Chris Mott, Director of Design and Construction, Burger King
McDonald’s is one of the most recognized brands in the world and is the largest fast-food chain on Earth. When the global burger empire decided to give its designs a facelift, they trusted Nichiha fiber cement cladding for their exterior. They became a partner in Nichiha’s direct purchasing program and built a relationship with a dedicated McDonald’s account representative.
McDonald’s loved the simplification of searching for approved products. Nichiha has such a variety of styles, they were able to purchase different exterior looks from a single manufacturer. Streamlining the efficiency of a project of this scale with a lower amount of trusted suppliers helped save on time, labor and cost.
Dunkin’ Donuts has been America’s favorite stop for coffee for over 50 years. Benefits like a dedicated account rep, in-house estimating team, in-stock RTO products, five-day lead time, and on-site technical support led Dunkin' to choose Nichiha for their rebrand to help maintain their number one spot in customer loyalty.
CVS currently builds around 240 new stores per year but was facing problems with cities rejecting their prototypes around 50 percent of the time. This caused challenges for their architects who had to redraw project plans, wasting time and money.
Because of Nichiha's vast offering of finishes and textures, CVS architects were able to create several prototype specs under one manufacturer. When their first prototype was rejected by city planners, other options were easily introduced, leaving architects less frustrated and better equipped to deal with issues with less money and time wasted.
CVS is in just about every state nationwide meaning their store experiences extreme climates on both ends of the spectrum. With Nichiha, products can be installed year-round, regardless of temperature and without a heat tent.
