When BluScape Homes set out to build a community of 56 three-story townhomes in Santa Rosa Beach, just north of US Highway 98, the team wanted a clean, modern exterior that would distinguish the neighborhood from its cottage-clad surroundings. Equally important was finding a wood texture to naturally complement the pine and oak landscape.
Serenity Courtyard was developed to address the critical need for safe, long-term housing for older adults with mental health needs in Macon, Georgia. With Nichiha installed, River Edge Behavioral Health can provide a dignified, residential environment that withstands the region’s demanding climate while minimizing long-term maintenance demands.
The Athens Medical Campus was constructed in a rapid time frame, resulting in a modern healthcare facility that was critically needed in this rural corner of Southeastern Ohio. With Nichiha installed, the health system can focus on patient wellbeing rather than a building that requires costly and time-consuming maintenance.
When it came to the building envelope for this new fire house, planners relied on Nichiha to upend the traditional firehouse look. Two years of planning led to a truly special design, the construction of a model fire station for others nationwide.
