The news is out! Nichiha is excited to announce our newest Builder of the Quarter, SLC Homebuilding of Franklin, Tennessee. We are happy to welcome SLC Homebuilding, a division of Southern Land Company, as our Builder of the Quarter for Q2 of 2016 and recognize their outstanding work in the Nashville area.
SLC Homebuilding specializes in traditional style homes, mostly in the Westhaven community located just outside of Nashville. This development offers residents ample amenities so there is little need to leave the community. Amenities include a town center, shops, emergency response, parks and more. SLC Homebuilding is happy to help cultivate a community environment and strives to create hand-crafted homes that will be cherished for generations to come.

SLC Homebuilding incorporates Nichiha into many of their designs. Westhaven homes are often wrapped in NichiBoard and NichiShake products. Nichiha fiber cement siding products blend nicely with the traditional homes SLC is known for building.
