Nichiha Product Line Review
Nichiha Fiber Cement
Moisture-resistant, rot-resistant, termite-resistant and
low-maintenance, Nichiha fiber cement siding panels are
as beautifully appointed as they are technically
advanced. A truly unique element of the Nichiha fiber
cement panel line is the clip installation system. All
Nichiha panels (except the Sierra Premium™ collection,
which is blind-nailed) are ship lapped on four sides so
no sealant or caulk is necessary. The patented Nichiha
clip system saves labor time and costs, as no special
tools or specific labor is needed to complete
installation. The system creates a pocket of air between
the panels and substrate, reducing the potential for
moisture build-up. No exposed fasteners mean a clean,
beautiful look for any application. Nichiha panels are
backed by a 50-year transferable limited warranty,
Sierra Premium panels come with a 30-year transferable
limited warranty.

Architectural Block
Architectural Block, a new commercial block siding panel
in three color options, Sienna, Gray and Beige is the
newest product introduction from Nichiha. The subtle
smooth textured panels are perfect for commercial
properties that want to showcase classic, clean design

CinderStone™
Cinderstone a distinctive split-faced block panel
designed for Multifamily
and commercial applications is
available in two classic stone colors, Canyon Brown and
Field Gray. Panels are 18 inches x 6 feet in length with
a 7/8” thickness. Coverage is 9 sq. ft. per panel and
the product weighs 41.9pounds per panel.
SandStone™
SandStone™ panels are classic elegance in stone, ideally suited for
commercial exteriors and interiors. The 7/8” thick panels are
available in Gentle Gray, Ash White and Autumn Brown color options,
and are available in 18 inches x 6 feet lengths. Per panel coverage
is 9 sq.ft. and the product weighs 47.5 pounds.

Vintage Brick
Vintage Brick panels feature the warmth and charm of time-worn
brick, perfect for traditional commercial and cluster family
applications. The 3/4 inch panels are available in Alexandria Buff
and White wash color options. Each panel is 18 inches by 6 feet,
cover 9 sq.ft. and weighs 38.3 pounds per panel.
Newport Brick
Newport Brick panels have a beautiful crisp fresh-cut brick
appearance, designed for Multifamily
and commercial developments.
Each panel in a full 3/4” thick, 18 inches in height and 6 feet in
length. Each panel covers 9 sq.ft. and weighs 38.3 pounds per panel.
Board Products
Sierra Premium™ Shake PLUS Boards
Featuring the beautiful appeal of cedar shakes, Nichiha Sierra Premium™ Shake PLUS (Currently Not Available) boards utilize a deep cedar grain perfect for
residential and commercial properties. Sierra Premium boards are
factory primed and factory sealed on six sides. The thick 1/2 inch
boards are available in 9 inch by 8 feet lengths with coverage of
5.17 sq.ft. per panel.
Sierra Premium™ Smooth Boards
Sierra Premium Smooth boards provide a design alternative with the
classic appearance of smooth painted siding. The full 1/2 inch thick
boards are factory primed and sealed on six sides. Sierra Premium
Smooth boards are available in two profile sizes, 7 inches and 8-3/4
inches. Both profiles are 10 feet in length, cover 5.83 or 7.29 sq.
ft. and weigh 18 and 22.5 pounds respectively.
