Summary:
IMMEDIATE NEED for a senior
level Quality Technician for the Macon Manufacturing plan.
Responsibilities:
Implements and maintains
gage calibration program throughout manufacturing facility.
Run test equipment to satisfy ASTM 1185 and ASTM 1186
requirements.
Maintain documentation to satisfy ICCES AC10 to retain
third party certification.
By visual inspection, verify cutting blades are in good
working order. Track and document sharpening and replacement
of tips.
Buy off product that is ready to ship to customer and
verify that all documentation, labeling, and covering is
correct.
Demonstrated ability to instruct training classes to
cascade quality system to entire workforce.
Maintain database for quality data that has been generated
and produce reports for management review.
Point-of-contact for all quality concerns in the
manufacturing facility.
Create and produce visual aids for quality purposes within
the manufacturing facility.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years previous experience in Quality in a
manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of measuring tools including
micrometer, calipers, scales.
Proficiency in computer
software including Microsoft Office.
Ability to develop and instruct formal training programs.
Demonstrated ability to create visual aids using a digital
camera and available software.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be flexible and team oriented.

Summary:
Responsible for maintaining reconciliation of accounts,
e.g., prepaid account(s), accounts payable, accounts
receivable. Processes high volume of accurate accounts
payable and receivable transactions and supports the
administration and continuous improvement of the Accounting
department.
Responsibilities:
Compiles data and creates spreadsheets to assist
Accounting Department.
Assists with the analysis and tracking of accounts such
