Thank you for trying Nichiha fiber cement products. For using our NichiProducts™ for the first time we offer Builders and Remodelers $250.00 incentive. Please complete the information on this form and follow the directions for submission. Eligibility for using NichiProducts™ First Time User Program are as follows:

 

Available only in these states:
GA, TN, AL, AR, MS, LA, NC, SC, VA, CT, ME, MA, FL, NH, VT, (Eastern-NY), IL, (Northwest-IN), MI, (Northwest-OH).
 

· Minimum pieces required to be eligible: 8 ¼” (qty 186), 7 ¼” (qty 217), 6 ¼” (qty 260), 5 ¼” (qty 325)
· Minimum dollar amount: $1000.00
· First Time User program is only available for the initial purchase of NichiProducts™ for Builders and Remodelers. All other purchases are not eligible for the program.
 

Directions: To obtain a first time user check for $250.00 you must fill out the information on this form, combine it with a copy of the invoice for the material from the retail establishment and fax them to 770-805-9467 attention; Rachel Saxon. Please allow 30 days for processing. Failure to comply with these instructions will impact the ability for us to make a payment.
