Gilbert shares his advice saying, “Be honest and don’t be afraid to say you don’t know. We would rather say ‘I don’t know, BUT I will do some research and get back to you,’ instead of telling the buyer something which isn’t correct, we are okay taking a step back and then making sure to follow up via email or phone call.”
